Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to follow directions and perform tasks efficiently.
• Positive attitude and the ability to interact effectively with others.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Solid computer proficiency.
• Thorough understanding of office equipment and machinery.
• Knowledge of building maintenance such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC and codes.
• Familiarity with shipping operations and software (FedEx, UPS).
• Understanding of security systems and BAS/asset tracking.

Responsibilities

• Performs general facility support tasks such as security, access, mail distribution, moves, and conference room setup.
• Performs building or equipment maintenance tasks including work orders and routine maintenance.
• Manages company vehicles and coordinates transportation of people/items.
• Coordinates purchase of supplies and manages inventories.
• Responds to facility-related emergencies as assigned.
• Coordinates activities with outside contractors and vendors.
