Qualifications

• 4–5 years’ experience with performing building/mechanical/equipment repairs and maintenance or formal training from a technical institution.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise maintenance projects and contractors.
• Valid driver’s license with clean history; forklift certificate a plus (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance to building and property.
• Maintain mechanical equipment and logs/schedules.
• Supervise maintenance department and coordinate with contractors.
• Read blueprints/structural drawings as needed and determine project requirements.
• Ensure safety policies are followed during all tasks.
