Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, and evaluate the Maintenance Department and its activities.
• Coordinate maintenance with other departments and report to Administration as needed.
• Assist in establishing a preventive maintenance program.
• Repair facility/property and coordinate with outside vendors when needed.
• Inspect storage, workrooms, and closets for upkeep.
