American Senior Communities is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support the Maintenance Supervisor in keeping our community’s physical plant and grounds in top condition. The role focuses on safety, aesthetics and a welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors in Indiana.

The ideal candidate brings basic maintenance knowledge, a CARE-driven attitude, and a willingness to assist with drywall, plumbing, painting or HVAC tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates CARE values (Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, Excellence).
• Prior maintenance experience preferred (drywall, plumbing, painting).
• Knowledge in electrical, heating and cooling helpful.
