Job summary

You will perform routine building maintenance, coordinate repairs, move equipment, and help manage utilities and spaces.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, experience with minor electrical/plumbing tasks, and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on buildings (lighting, plumbing, HVAC minor repairs).
• Notify facilities manager of necessary repairs.
• Move furniture and equipment as required.
• Load/unload containers or materials.
• Monitor irrigation and perform minor repairs.
• Keep kitchens, conference rooms, and restrooms clean and stocked.
