• Valid driver’s license and fleet policy compliance.
• Experience in repair of small electrical and plumbing projects.
• MVR, background check, and drug screen required.
• Physically able to perform manual labor and climb.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on buildings including changing light bulbs and minor repairs.
• Notify facilities manager of needed repairs.
• Move furniture and equipment as required.
• Load/unload or stack containers, materials or product.
• Monitor irrigation systems and perform small repairs.
• Keep kitchens clean and stocked with supplies; maintain conference rooms.
• Monitor restrooms and ensure cleanliness; pick up exterior trash.
• Occasionally shift hours between week and weekend to work in near-empty building.
• Carry a phone 24/7; basic computer skills.
