Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent related work experience.
• Basic knowledge of general building maintenance and repair.
• Ability to perform basic painting, carpentry, and routine maintenance tasks.
• Ability to safely operate maintenance and grounds equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of the facility.
• Perform routine repairs and maintenance throughout building and grounds.
• Complete work orders and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Assist with maintaining electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling, and other building systems.
• Help keep resident rooms, common areas, offices, and spaces in safe working condition.
• Assist with preventative maintenance tasks and safety inspections.
