Job summary

You will follow safety policies, maintain professional appearance, greet guests, and support operations with clear communication and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with other departments using telecommunications to respond to requests and resolve maintenance issues.
• Schedule with departments during major system shutdowns or repairs.
• Maintain purchase orders log and file payments to match packing slips.
• Follow safety policies and store hazardous materials properly.
• Welcome guests and acknowledge needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and show appreciation.
• Prepare written documents and answer phones with proper etiquette.
• Build positive relationships and respond to colleagues' concerns.
• Inspect and monitor tools and equipment.
• Move and handle objects up to 10 pounds.
• Enter and locate work information using computers/POS systems.
