Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a maintenance supervisor to oversee Engineering staff, ensure top-notch owner/guest service, and maintain facilities. Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and replacing equipment; calibrating controls; and managing parts inventory.

You will assist with hiring, training, and coaching, participate in safety certifications, and support disaster response planning. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifikationen

• Follow all company safety and security policies and report hazards.
• Speak with others using clear and professional language.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships.
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
• Move and handle objects up to 50 pounds without assistance; assist with heavier items.
• Perform other reasonable duties as requested by Supervisors.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Supervise the Engineering staff to ensure excellent owner/guest service and facility maintenance.
• Install, maintain, perform preventative maintenance on, and replace tools, appliances, and equipment.
• Calibrate controls, gauges, meters, and identify shut-off valves.
• Order, stock, and log parts and supplies; maintain inventory and purchase orders.
• Inspect tools, equipment, or machines and run safety tests.
• Enter and locate work-related information using computers; operate power lift.
• Assist in disaster response planning and repair requests.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and coaching employees.
