Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Flagstaff, AZ is seeking a Facilities Maintenance worker to perform basic repairs and maintenance across the lodge facilities. The role requires mechanical aptitude, the ability to learn trade skills, and the discipline to follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities include air filter replacement, lighting, plumbing tasks, painting, grounds upkeep, trash removal and seasonal snow clearing. Must be 18+, hold a valid license, and be able to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on stairs and ladders.
• Willingness to work weekdays, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to work independently or in a team and stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic facilities repairs such as replacing air filters, lights, and unclogging toilets.
• Paint and perform grounds maintenance as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards.
• Handle trash removal and snow removal from lodges as required.
• Maintain a friendly and professional atmosphere for guests.

Purpose of the position:The purpose of all Facilities Maintenance employees is to maintain the facilities, while sustaining a safe work environment. This position requires mechanical aptitude, and a curiosity to learn trade skills.
