Apscareerportal is seeking a reliable Facilities & Logistics Assistant to support daily cleaning, basic upkeep, and office runner duties for staff and visitors. You will perform custodial tasks, manage supplies, and assist with setup for meetings or events.

The role requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred and a clean driving record are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning duties (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restrooms, offices, common areas).
• Dispose of trash and maintain outdoor areas.
• Execute light facility tasks (changing bulbs, replace filters).
• Report safety or maintenance concerns to supervisor.
• Maintain custodial supplies inventory and safety protocols.
• Set up/break down furniture and equipment for meetings/events.
• Deliver and pick up supplies and documents to physician offices as scheduled.
• Maintain a professional appearance while representing the organization off-site.
• Keep assigned vehicle clean and report any issues.
