TRI-COUNTY HEALTHCARE is seeking a reliable Facilities & Logistics Assistant in Harlingen, Texas to support daily cleaning, basic upkeep, and on-site runner duties for staff and visitors. You will perform custodial tasks, assist with setup for meetings, deliver supplies to physician offices, and maintain vehicle cleanliness while adhering to safety protocols.

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; requires valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and safe usage.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
• Good communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning duties in offices and common areas.
• Empty trash and dispose of waste properly.
• Maintain outdoor areas and remove debris.
• Perform basic facility tasks such as changing light bulbs and filters.
• Observe facility conditions and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and custodial equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and proper use of cleaning chemicals.
• Assist with setting up or breaking down furniture and equipment for meetings or events.
• Deliver and pick up supplies, documents, and orders at physician offices as scheduled.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of items.
• Follow assigned routes and instructions.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor off-site.
• Keep assigned vehicle clean and report any vehicle issues promptly.
• Physician Order Tracking.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
