Job summary

Ivy Tech Community College Indianapolis Campus is seeking an Assistant Director of Logistics to manage inventory, coordinate with facilities, and lead the Logistics/Events Team. The position requires a Bachelor's or Associate's degree (or related certification) with 1–4 years of related experience, valid Indiana driver’s license, and forklift

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years related work experience, OR an Associate’s degree, OR industry related certification along with 3–4 years related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and reporting for the Indianapolis Campus and satellite locations.
• Prepare requisitions for purchases.
• Oversee Logistics/Events Team and supervise staff.
• Coordinate with warehouse operations, fleet vehicles, forklift equipment, and FFE (furniture, fixtures, and equipment).
