St. Gregory Recovery Center is seeking a Plant Operations Director to oversee two facilities in Bayard, IA and Adair. The role leads maintenance, safety programs, and emergency management, ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient operations.

You will manage budgeting, scheduling, and external vendors while supervising staff, coordinating fire safety drills, and maintaining building systems for a safe, compliant environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred.
• Five+ years in maintenance or facility operations.
• Knowledge of safety practices and building trades.
• Certification in related trades preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of two facilities and ensure safety standards.
• Coordinate emergency management and safety programs.
• Lead budgeting, scheduling and vendor coordination.
