Job summary

St. Gregory Recovery Center in Bayard, Iowa is seeking a Business Development Representative to grow the facility's referral network and expand services.

You will cultivate relationships with physicians, social workers, discharge planners, and other professionals to drive admissions and enhance community presence. This on-site role requires a high school diploma (associate or bachelor’s preferred) and 2+ years in healthcare business development or marketing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Behavioral Health, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Two or more years’ healthcare business development/marketing experience preferred.
• Good understanding of local market and referral base.
• Organized with strong relational and multitasking skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements business development programs with the Director of Business Development.
• Maintains schedule of primary sources and documents contacts in CRM.
• Maintains account information and prepares business development reports.
• Develops and maintains new accounts and markets; increases referral sources.
• Represents the facility at civic and professional functions to enhance image.
• Manages leads and admissions process with Admissions Department.
• Collaborates with discharge planners, social workers, case managers, physicians and management.
