Qualifications

• Must pass essential duties satisfactorily and complete safety training.
• Valid MI driver’s license or access to reliable transportation.
• Able to climb ladders and work from heights.
• Ability to read documents, instructions and manuals and complete reports.
• Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Follow Revolution Farms and Peckham safety guidelines.
• Perform hoop house maintenance and repairs and complete related reports.
• Track inventory of equipment, tools and parts and complete reports.
• Monitor equipment and troubleshoot and complete reports.
• Repair and maintain implements and motorized equipment and complete reports.
• Maintain grounds, turf, landscaping, and snow removal activities.
• Setup and removal of holiday decorations and displays as directed.
• General facility maintenance and upkeep with hand/power tools.
• Maintain a safe work area and report safety concerns to supervisor.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
