Job summary

The successful candidate will supervise custodial personnel, coordinate building operations, and ensure compliance with safety procedures. Requires NJ Black Seal Boiler License or ability to obtain; 12-month, full-time position with salary range per the collective bargaining agreement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid New Jersey Black Seal Boiler Operator's License or ability to obtain within district timeframe.
• Prior custodial supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance of the school building.
• Supervise custodial staff and coordinate daily operations.
• Monitor building systems and report maintenance concerns.
• Coordinate building preparation for events and activities.
• Maintain custodial supplies, equipment, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and district regulations.
• Communicate regularly with building administration and district facilities personnel.
