Job summary

Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is seeking a Facility Manager to oversee all building activities and ensure safety and optimal operation of AIKG infrastructure. You will lead the facilities team, coordinate with management, and drive maintenance projects to meet quality standards.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work varied shifts while upholding the Andretti brand and mission of excellence.

Qualifications

• Two years of Facility Management experience in high volume environment.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work days, nights, weekends and holiday.
• Fundamental skills in painting and patching.
• An understanding of basics of plumbing and electrical projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members with integrity and purpose.
• Oversee painting and patching projects.
• Manage basic plumbing and electrical projects.
• Maintain equipment & supplies to meet health and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate site operations with general managers.
• Respond to facility and equipment alarms and system failures.
• Promote safety and sanitation throughout the facility.
• Ensure high quality and standards across the site.
