Job summary

Andretti Indoor Karting & Games seeks a Director of Construction and Facilities to lead all construction and capital projects and oversee ongoing maintenance across the company’s Family Entertainment Center portfolio. You will build and enforce systems for safety, operations, and guest experience, while managing contractors, budgets, and schedules.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States
• At least 18 years of age
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience (preferred)
• 8+ years in construction/F&M or related roles
• Experience leading multi-site projects and vendor management
• Familiarity with construction drawings and cost controls

Responsibilities

• Manage all company construction projects from planning through turnover.
• Develop budgets, estimates, schedules and report status to CEO and ownership.
• Oversee capital project pipeline and post-completion review of spend.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors; lead OAC meetings.
• Oversee permitting, licensing, and inspections; ensure compliance with codes.
• Own ongoing facility maintenance across locations; implement preventative programs.
• Build asset registers and lifecycle plans; inform annual capital plan.
• Monitor spend by location and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Partner with Procurement on vendor selection and contract terms.
• Train and support leadership on facility systems and standards.
• Ensure venues are safe, clean, and guest-ready
