Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead on-site management for multiple properties in North and South Carolina. You will oversee service delivery, vendor performance, cost control, and client engagement on the WPP account.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in facilities management, LEED/CFM/FMA designations preferred, and strong leadership and communication skills. On-site roles across Hopkins, SC; Morrisville, NC; Seneca, SC; Welcome, NC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• LEED, CFM, FMA designations preferred.
• 5+ years facility management experience.
• Proficiency with IT tools and facilities software.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of facilities services for the assigned portfolio.
• Be primary escalation point for the local client.
• Ensure vendors meet service standards and control scope changes.
• Drive cost efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead safety, compliance, and risk management across properties.
• Oversee moves, adds and changes; support FF&E procurement and small projects.
• Develop monthly reports and portfolio level performance dashboards.
• Mentor and manage facilities staff to deliver exceptional service.
