Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee service delivery for the WPP account across Hopkins, SC and Morrisville, NC. You will manage budgets, drive cost-saving initiatives and lead a team delivering world-class facilities management and client service.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years FM experience, strong IT literacy, and excellent communication. This on-site role includes benefits and opportunities to influence portfolio performance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years facility management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with information technology tools and platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of facilities services for the assigned portfolio.
• Lead recruitment and staff development for the team.
• Develop and manage operating budgets and cost controls.
• Maintain strong client relationships and meet KPI targets.
• Prepare monthly KPI reporting and presentations for senior management.
