Qualifications

• 3+ years facilities management experience in a large or multi-unit venue.
• Certificate and two years of documentable HVAC or electrical journeyman-level experience.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Facilities Team and develop a high-performing culture.
• Oversee maintenance, repair, and replacement of equipment and systems.
• Control department budgets and manage inventory and vendor relationships.
• Ensure safety, health, and environmental policies and regulatory compliance.
