Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the Facilities team in maintaining and improving the venue’s game systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and grounds. You will hire, schedule, and develop a strong team while managing budgets, vendor relationships, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 3+ years of facilities management for a large venue, a relevant certificate, and a dedication to safety and guest experience, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of facilities management experience for a large or multi-unit venue.
• Certificate and two years of documentable HVAC or electrical journeyman-level experience.
• Knowledge of welding, soldering, building maintenance, construction, and mechanical/electrical repair.
• Experience building and leading a team, highly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state or local law

Responsibilities

• Lead the Facilities Team by coaching, developing, and driving engagement with Facilities Team members and Porters.
• Manage maintenance, repair, and replacement of all equipment, systems, and infrastructure.
• Control department budgets and spending with accountability for fiscal performance.
• Uphold safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate Topgolf’s core values and ensure guest-ready facilities at all times.
