Job summary

Topgolf in Fishers, IN seeks an Assistant Facilities Manager to lead maintenance operations and support the Facilities Manager. You will oversee repair and replacement of equipment, manage building systems, and contribute to safety and budget compliance.

You will help hire, train, and develop the Facilities team, while ensuring high standards of guest experience and operational excellence in a fast-paced venue environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the Facilities Manager in day-to-day operation of the Maintenance Department.
• Monitor operation and proper use of all equipment and systems throughout the venue.
• Monitor spare parts inventory, maintenance supplies, and equipment.
• Collaborate with Operations on building and grounds maintenance priorities.
• Coach and develop Facilities team members and Porters; support hiring and onboarding.
