Job summary

Topgolf is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to support maintenance operations at our venue. You will repair and replace equipment including the game system and entertainment technologies, oversee building maintenance, and ensure safety and standards.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in maintenance with supervisory experience, a high school diploma, and strong leadership, communication, and budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience, with at least 1 year of recent supervisory experience
• Experience in building maintenance, equipment repair, and facilities systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have a clean driving record
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• A high level of self-awareness, receptivity to change, and integrity
• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state or local law

Responsibilities

• Support Facilities Operations: day-to-day operation of the Maintenance Department; monitor equipment and systems; monitor spare parts and supplies; collaborate on maintenance priorities
