Troubleshoot and repair machinery and equipment as needed.
Manage permits and licenses with Fire Marshal and City of Houston.
Maintain buildings and grounds; oversee facility renovations and HVAC/electrical projects.
Lead and direct the work of others; coordinate tasks and resources.
Perform other related duties as required.
