Job summary

Superior Energy Services in Houston seeks a Facilities Supervisor to ensure uptime of shop equipment including lathes, forklifts, and cranes. You will lead a maintenance team and coordinate contractor work on HVAC, electrical systems, and production floor layout.

The role requires broad facility operations knowledge, strong troubleshooting ability, and the capacity to manage permits, maintain buildings, and document data with precision.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure uptime of all shop machines (lathes, machines, forklifts, cranes).
• Troubleshoot machines.
• Manage and obtain permits and licenses as required by authorities.
• Maintain buildings and grounds.
• Oversee contractors for renovations including HVAC, electrical systems and floor layout.
• Perform varied tasks.

• Oversees contractors for facility renovation projects entailing HVAC, electrical systems, and production floor arrangement.
• Performs a variety of tasks.

• Any other duties of a similar or lesser nature as required.

Essential Qualifications
