Corvias is seeking a Director of Facilities to lead local maintenance, facilities, and vendor operations at Ft. Bragg, NC. You will partner with the Operations Director to develop and implement the community management plan and deliver a superior living experience for residents.

The role requires 7+ years in related roles, 5+ in leadership, and strong budgeting, data analysis, and safety/compliance capabilities. Relocation assistance is available.

Competenze

• 7+ years of progressive related experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Advanced knowledge of full-cycle maintenance and make-ready programs.
• Experience with mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems and safety compliance.
• Ability to analyze data and connect operations to business strategy.
• Financial acumen to manage budgets and vendor contracts.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and mentor staff.
