Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive experience in facilities management, building operations, or property management.
• Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, and building automation.
• Proven track record of managing budgets and controlling costs while maintaining service excellence.
• Demonstrated leadership with experience managing teams and coordinating multiple service providers.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills; ability to manage expectations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and life safety systems.
• Develop and manage operational budgets, identify cost‑saving opportunities while maintaining service quality.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate facilities teams to deliver results.
• Conduct regular building inspections and preventive maintenance programs.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure safety requirements.
• Respond to facility emergencies and incidents to minimize disruption.
• Collaborate with clients to understand needs and deliver tailored facilities solutions.
• Drive sustainability initiatives and monitor environmental performance metrics.
• Maintain documentation including maintenance records and compliance certificates.
