Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel seeks a Facilities Supervisor responsible for the upkeep and smooth operation of the property. You will lead daily maintenance, coordinate preventive programs, and supervise contractors to ensure safety and reliability across buildings and critical systems.

Your role includes scheduling inspections, coaching staff, and overseeing the central utility plant while maintaining high service standards for guests and team members in a fast-paced casino environment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Three years of experience leading or supervising facility maintenance staff.
Must be able to obtain and maintain the license mandated by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency.

Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate preventative maintenance and regulatory inspections.
Coach maintenance staff for team development.
Operate the central utility plant including boilers, chillers, switchgear, and diesel generators.
Coordinate small projects with other departments and vendors.
Perform regular inspections and address needs with the team.
