Job summary

Station Casinos seeks a manager to lead Internal Maintenance Supervisors and Team Members, ensuring top cleanliness across all public areas and casino spaces. The role involves touring facilities, evaluating team performance, and directing manpower to cover shifts and maintain productivity.

The position requires strong communication, extensive management experience in housekeeping or internal maintenance, and expertise in scheduling and floor care to meet tight completion schedules.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in written and verbal form.
• Minimum five (5) years experience in management, preferably housekeeping, Internal Maintenance area.
• Knowledge of scheduling and inventory control.
• Experience in floor and carpet care.

Responsibilities

• Direct Internal Maintenance Supervisors and Team Members to ensure a high standard of cleanliness in all public areas and casino.
• Tour facility checking all casino and public areas.
• Conduct performance evaluations of the Internal Maintenance Team Members.
• Schedule the work force to ensure all areas and shifts are adequately covered.
• Initiate and direct heavy cleaning so that the highest level of productivity is maintained and completion schedules are met.
