Job summary

Four Seasons seeks a skilled Facilities Manager to maintain facilities, buildings, grounds, and parking, overseeing HVAC, mechanical, water systems, and life safety across locations. You will supervise staff, manage preventative maintenance, and coordinate improvements with vendors and contractors to meet safety standards and budgets.

The role requires strong leadership, organization, and collaboration with leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years general maintenance experience.
• Minimum five years maintenance and janitorial staff supervision.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Courses related to facility maintenance or related experience.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.
• Excellent written, oral, and collaborative communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee repair, maintenance and life safety compliance across locations.
• Lead the Facilities Team and provide coaching and training.
• Develop, coordinate and manage preventative maintenance program.
• Respond to emergencies and urgent maintenance requests promptly.
• Manage renovations and upgrades within budget and timeline.
