Forgent Power is seeking a Facilities Supervisor at the Hanover, Maryland site. You will ensure safe, compliant operation of the building envelope, infrastructure, and all supporting systems, while leading facility capital projects and coordinating with contractors to deliver on time and within budget.

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of facilities management experience, including 3+ years leading capital or construction projects.
• Experience managing general and trade contractors and on-site safety oversight.
• Knowledge of building, fire, life safety codes, OSHA/MOSH, and local permitting processes.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, budgets, and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and project scheduling tools; CMMS experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead facility capital projects from scoping through closeout, including upgrades and expansions.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, risk registers, and reporting to site leadership.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and design consultants on drawings and specs.
• Oversee on-site construction activities with emphasis on safety and minimal production disruption.
• Ensure compliance with building, fire, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and accessibility codes.
• Maintain project documentation including permits, inspections, and O&M manuals.
