Forgent Power seeks a Facilities Supervisor for its Hanover, Maryland site to ensure safe, compliant, and reliable operation of all facilities and supporting systems, including infrastructure, building envelope, and utilities.

You will lead facility capital projects, manage contractors, maintain regulatory compliance, and partner with Operations to sustain production readiness, drive continuous improvement, and minimize facility-related disruptions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of facilities management experience with capital or construction projects.
• Experience managing general and trade contractors, bidding, contract administration, and safety oversight.
• Knowledge of building, fire and life safety codes, OSHA/MOSH, and local permitting.

Responsabilités

• Lead facility capital projects from concept through closeout; define scope and budgets.
• Develop schedules, budgets, risk registers, and status reports for site leadership.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and designers on drawings and documents.
• Oversee on-site construction activity, logistics, inspections, and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with IBC, NFPA, NEC, ADA, and local codes.
• Maintain permits, inspections, O&M manuals, and commissioning records.
• Manage contractor safety orientation, permits-to-work, and LOTO procedures.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs and maintain CMMS data.
• Lead budgeting, multi-year capital planning, and KPI reporting.
• Foster continuous improvement to safety, reliability, and production readiness.
