Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certifications in facilities maintenance preferred.
• Experience in general maintenance, facilities management, or general contracting; ability to coordinate contractors.
• Strong knowledge of multiple trades: carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, appliance repair, and general mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Complete and support maintenance work for assigned campuses and properties, prioritizing safety and urgency.
• Oversee maintenance, repair, and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and agency vehicles.
• Ensure electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling, and building systems are safe and efficient.
• Coordinate access for contractors and assist in preparing facilities for inspections.
• Maintain documentation related to work orders, purchases, bids, inspections, and compliance.
