Qualifications

• Vocational degree and four years of specialized trades experience related to the area of assignment.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable for the role.
• Active licenses/certifications listed in licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assign work to staff; monitor performance.
• Repair and regulate facilities, respond to emergencies and customer concerns.
• Install and modify materials, fixtures, and equipment.
• Inspect facilities and ensure servicing; maintain records and blueprints.
• Prepare and manage work orders and related documentation.
