Job summary

Topgolf Edison is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to support the maintenance operations across our venue, including game systems and hospitality equipment. You will help grow the Facilities team, manage safety programs, and ensure budget compliance while maintaining a guest-ready environment.

The role requires hands-on maintenance leadership, strong communication, and the ability to balance preventive and reactive tasks in a high-volume venue.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience in building maintenance, equipment repair, and facility systems.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• A clean driving record and ability to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the Facilities Manager in day-to-day operation of the Maintenance Department.
• Monitor equipment usage and inventory, ensuring proper maintenance and safety.
• Assist in hiring, scheduling, and onboarding of Facilities team members.
