Topgolf seeks a Facilities Manager to own the physical environment across a high-energy, multi-venue setting. You will lead the Facilities Team, oversee maintenance, budget control, and vendor relationships while ensuring safety, compliance, and an exceptional guest experience.

Flexible scheduling includes evenings, weekends, and holidays to support peak periods and events. The role requires 3+ years in facilities management, HVAC/electrical journeyman experience, and strong leadership,

Qualificações

• 3+ years of facilities management experience for a large or multi-unit venue.
• Certificate and two years of documentable HVAC or electrical journeyman-level experience
• Knowledge of welding, soldering, building maintenance, construction, and mechanical/electrical repair
• Experience building and leading a team, highly preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have a clean driving record
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state or local law

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Facilities Team by coaching, developing, and driving engagement
• Oversee maintenance, repair, and replacement of all equipment, systems, and infrastructure
• Monitor operation and proper use of all equipment, building systems, and technology
• Manage use and inventory of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment
• Collaborate with the Operations team on maintenance priorities
• Control department budgets and spending with accountability for fiscal performance
• Maintain all safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures
• Ensure facilities standards support the overall guest experience
