Topgolf is hiring an Assistant Facilities Manager for our Mt. Laurel venue in New Jersey.

You will support the Facilities Manager in maintaining high-availability game systems and hospitality operations, oversee the Facilities team, manage budgets, and ensure safety and environmental compliance across the venue. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in maintenance with supervisory experience, strong communication, and a track record of reliable leadership in a high-volume, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Experience in building maintenance, equipment repair, and facilities systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Facilities Operations and day-to-day maintenance activities.
• Lead and develop Facilities team members and ensure on-time, quality work.
• Manage costs and ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory policies.
