Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operates power tools and environmental housekeeping equipment.
• Performs manual labor indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Follows safety rules and passes drug/alcohol tests when required.
• Opens/closes the facility and ensures building security after hours.
• Supervises custodial staff when applicable and maintains standards.
• Reports deficiencies in HVAC and custodial equipment; performs minor repairs.
• Maintains inventory of supplies and plans assignments.
• Performs routine cleaning tasks (trash, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, windows, setups).
• Performs other duties as requested.
