You will coordinate with the Executive Director and external contractors, manage on-call duties, and ensure safety, compliance, and readiness for classes and events.

Qualifikationen

• On-Call & Emergency Response may require responding to emergencies outside normal hours.
• Willingness to work overtime based on events and staffing needs.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record required.

• Lead part-time custodial staff, inspect work quality, safety standards, and health compliance.
• Serve as the main on-site liaison for Marketview Arts and Gunter-Smith CCE with external contractors.
• Direct custodial tasks: cleaning, surface care, room setups, and utility support.
• Coordinate event setups, access control, and daily waste management across downtown locations.
• Participate in safety, preventative maintenance, and compliance activities.
• Potentially participate in on-call rotations and respond to campus emergencies.
