Union Community Care in Lancaster, PA seeks a Director of Facilities and Housekeeping to ensure the reliability, safety, and cleanliness of all Union facilities. The role oversees core building systems, clinical equipment maintenance, and Environmental Services to support uninterrupted patient care.

The position leads maintenance teams, coordinates preventive maintenance, and collaborates with site leadership to create safe, welcoming spaces for patients and staff.

Qualificações

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience leading teams from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at Union sites.
• English proficiency required.
• Hands-on leadership style.
• Current, valid PA driver’s license.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to use carpentry, plumbing, and painting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee HVAC, elevators, security, plumbing, electrical, sprinklers, and exteriors with preventive maintenance plans.
• Beautify facilities: maintain walls, floors, lighting, landscaping and furnishings with internal teams.
• Oversee equipment maintenance: calibration schedules for clinical devices and safety gear.
• Lead housekeeping operations to keep facilities clean and welcoming.
