Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 10th grade equivalency and at least one year work experience.
• Floor tech experience including stripping and waxing, carpet cleaning, and buffing floors.

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning duties in offices, hallways, classrooms, and lobby areas including sweeping, mopping, buffing, vacuuming floors, and trash disposal.
• Cleans restrooms by sanitizing sinks, toilets, and floors; empties trash and recyclables.
• Monitors custodial closet inventory and notifies supervisor when restocking is needed.
• Assists with setup of facilities for meetings, classrooms, conferences, and events.
• Follows all safety policies and procedures.
