Job summary

Responsibilities include hands-on cleaning, developing daily checklists, and supporting inventory and work orders while covering shifts, including evenings and weekends. Prior experience and a customer-friendly approach are essential.

• Proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper.
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
• Customer-oriented and friendly.
• Prioritization and time management skills.
• Working quickly without compromising quality.
• Knowledge of English language.
• Communicate verbally to groups and individuals.
• Can use a computer for email communications & work order tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, and common areas.
• Perform housekeeping duties and maintain clean facilities.
• Follow cleaning checklists daily for all areas of the building.
• Communicate inventory and supplies needs to supervisor.
• Organize and maintain storage for cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, positive YMCA image and attire.
