The YMCA seeks a Facilities Coordinator in Columbus, OH to lead custodial operations, support general maintenance, and preserve safety and readiness of the facility. You will work with staff, members, and vendors to keep spaces clean, welcoming, and in excellent condition.
Responsibilities include supervising custodial and maintenance staff, coordinating work orders, inspections, and adherence to youth protection policies. Prior custodial experience and a high school diploma are preferred.
