Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED w/ 3 years building maintenance experience or equivalent.
• Arizona Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Leads the work of building maintenance workers, custodians, and groundskeepers; coordinates and schedules activities; assigns duties.
• Operates HVACR systems to maintain a comfortable environment; manage EMS scheduling and comfort set points.
• Paints classrooms and other areas; replaces switches, tiles, and filters; inspects fire extinguishers.
• Performs semi-skilled maintenance and repairs; inspects roofs and drains; cleans drains.
• Maintains school grounds; trims, mows, weeds; cares for plants and trees; handles supplies and budgeting for custodial/grounds.
