Job summary

SpaceX at Starbase, Texas, is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to lead a high-performing team responsible for all facilities operations supporting 1,000+ residents and critical Starship activities.

You will manage vendors, plan site improvements, oversee housing, dining and recreation facilities, and ensure safety and reliability through proactive maintenance. Strong budget oversight and hands-on leadership are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional facilities management experience.
• 1+ years of experience leading a team or project.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver maintenance and site operations for 1,000+ residents and Starship operations.
• Manage third-party vendors to enforce standards, optimize contracts, and drive cost savings.
• Develop and execute strategic site improvement projects aligned with business goals.
• Oversee housing, lodging, venues, recreation facilities and related assets for safe, comfortable living.
• Design and implement a proactive preventive maintenance program for launch and support facilities.
• Monitor construction projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with no disruptions.
• Coach and develop maintenance technicians and trades professionals.
• Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
