Job summary

You will design proactive maintenance programs, oversee vendor contracts, and drive site improvements while coordinating across housing, dining, recreation, and school facilities. Expect 24/7 operations and frequent coordination with remote Moon Corps sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of facilities management experience.
• 1+ years leading a team or project.

Responsibilities

• Lead a facilities team across maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and related areas.
• Manage third-party vendors to enforce standards and reduce costs.
• Plan and execute site improvement projects aligned with business goals.
• Oversee housing, lodging, dining, recreation, and school facilities for safety and comfort.
• Design preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize uptime.
• Monitor construction projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with no disruption to operations.
• Coach and develop maintenance staff to peak performance.
• Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment with continuous improvement.
