Next Matter is seeking a proactive Facilities Manager to oversee operations at their 1,000-acre site in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of facilities operations, establish standard operating procedures, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities include managing vendor relationships and maintenance programs, as well as driving initiatives for continuous improvement. Candidates must have extensive experience in facilities management, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate independently.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in facilities, site operations, or industrial environments.
• Demonstrated ability to build and implement SOPs and maintenance programs.
• Experience managing vendors and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Own all facilities operations across a 1,000-acre New Mexico site.
• Establish prioritization frameworks for urgent operational needs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase uptime.
