Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking an In-House Maintenance Technician to keep our Birmingham facility, kitchen, and equipment running smoothly. You’ll handle general repairs, plumbing, and repair of TurboChef ovens, freezers, and coffee machines. Training will be provided for specialized equipment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or handyman.
• Willingness to learn and train on TurboChef ovens and refrigeration equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance and repairs (plumbing, minor electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall).
• Diagnose and repair kitchen equipment including TurboChef ovens and refrigeration units.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance and inspections on equipment and building systems.
